Authorization Letters

What is a Letter of Authorization?

A letter of authorization is a document that grants one person (the principal) the authority to act on behalf of another person (the agent).

When is a Letter of Authorization Used?

Letters of authorization are often used when the principal is unable to act on their own behalf, such as when they are out of the country, incapacitated, or deceased.
